the body and body and body  was a 4-week-long experimental workshop, facilitated by PIR Connor Frew. Utilizing the body as an set of anchor points to explore a variety of poetic practices, the participants (both local and long-distance) have met bi-weekly to work through productive exercises and flexible, interdisciplinary making. The resulting constellation of labor treads a softened, perforated edge between incident and collaboration, tracing the body in the middle of transformation, movement, growth, action. This collation gathers text, voice, mark, print, video, residue from Lara Cox (Columbia, MO), Matt Hall (Columbia, MO), Kailyn Hill (Columbia, MO), Lizzy May (Oakland, CA), Jesse Perue (Columbia, MO), Sydney Smith (Tulsa, OK), and Melody Walkenhorst (Columbia, MO). In conjunction with the final reading an exhibition, a collaborative publication was made and shared.
